Strenesse is a German family-run company launched in 1969 by Gerd Strehle. In 1975, Gabriele Strehle joined the creative team, where she would stay for more than thirty years developing and shaping its breezy, contemporary style. A men's line was introduced in 2002 and in 2013 the creative duties were handed over to Natalie Acatrini, former chief director for Jil Sander and Hugo Boss Woman.
